[Japan] The first waterworks in Nagasaki was built in 1891 (after Yokohama in 1887 and Hakodate in 1889) at Motokawachi and this is almost certainly a photo of the facility. Titled in negative at lower left, 'A 167 VIEW OF WATER WORKS NAGASAKI'.
