Calendar for the Year 1899 - The Months of Japanese Children on crepe paper by Hasegawa Takejiro
[Japan] One of Hasegawa earlier, woodblock printed calendars beautifully illustrated with monthly events that Japanese children took part in. A variant was published in 1900 for the Leipzig-based publisher Breitkopf & Hartel which is slightly smaller and has different colours and slightly modified illustrations (as well as a boy holding a parasol on the cover, not a girl).
