The Three Cuisines of Japan, the West, and China by Ban Genpei
[Japan] Very scarce, copperplate printed book on Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. There appears to be only one copy in Japan at the National Diet Library. The contents include beef dishes, cutlets, sandwiches, poultry and fish dishes and contains small illustrations of food, utensils and people, some with single-word English captions. The Japanese title is, 'Nihon, Seiyo, Shina Sanpu Ryori'.
