A Glimpse of the Tokyo Asahi Scarce booklet on the history of the Japanese newspaper
[Japan] Very scarce, illustrated booklet detailed the history and progress of the Tokyo Asahi Newspaper that was founded in 1888. The booklet appears to have been published to commemorate the opening of their new office building in April, 1927. The newspaper's printing machines, office space, auditorium, carrier pigeons, and fleet of 13 aeroplanes are all mentioned. Only copies found at Harvard and the National Library of Australia. No copies in Japan.
