Fuji Hakkei Eight woodblock printed views of Mount Fuji
[Japan] Uncommon book containing eight views of Mount Fuji as issued. Each print has been affixed to backing paper and compiled to make this book. One of the prints is dated 1899 and lists a publisher in Suruga (present day Shizuoka) named Tsuchiya Hideo. Presumably the other prints are from the same time. Subtly coloured, all eight prints are very nice. Artist unknown.
