[Japan] Single sheet explaining, 'How the well-known Yuzen-Birodo, or Cut Velvet, is made. Inventor and Manufacturer: Sozayemon Nishimura, Kioto, Japan.' Presumably, Nishimura gave such explanatory pages to customers who visited and/or bought items from his shop in Kyoto. The embroidery and dyeing company was founded in 1555.
