Yoshizawa & Co. Price-List of Japanese Postage Stamps, Cards and Rrappers Very scarce booklet
Printed at the Tokyo Tsukiji Type Foundry, this nice booklet lists the prices of Japanese stamps from 1871 onwards available for purchase. 'Wrappers' is misspelled 'Rrappers' on front cover. According to the ad at the rear, Yoshizawa & Co. also sold ukiyoye [ukiyoe], nishikiye [nishikie], picture books, as well as photographs, coins and paper money. Also a large, folded page loosely inserted at rear with an ad for Japanese, Chinese and Corean [Korean] Coins and paper money.

In very good condition. Housed in a later, hard pamphlet binder with sticker. The booklet has been taped in by the binder. Front cover of price list is a little weak with short 1cm closed tear at bottom but holding.
