Fan Designs Sample Book Various artists
Thick, square-shaped volume with an amazing array of fan designs. Probably one volume from a series. The first few are clearly woodblock printed and the rest are hand drawn and coloured. Each design is numbered on the back with an abbreviation of the artist's name and there are 133 in total.

Covers with minor wear. Internally good but there are numerous stains and marks throughout. This book was obviously used by a store for customers to select his/her design from this sample book. An impressive work even with the age wear.
