Yanagawa Shigenobu Sketchbook Unique collection of skillfully drawn illustrations
Very interesting manuscript with well-executed uncoloured illustrations drawn by a skilled hand. Titled 'Illustrations by Yanagawa Shigenobu' but many of the images are by various artists including Yoshitoshi and Kiyochika. Previous owner's stamp of a Omori Tsurujiro and Tokyo address in rear. The last seven pages are blank.
