Catalogue of Japanese Carved Wood Furniture Kuhn & Komor
Scarce, deluxe catalogue of intricately carved furniture made by Kuhn & Komor which was founded in 1894 in Yokohama. Moritz Kuhn founded Kuhn & Co. in Yokohama in 1869. Siegfried Komor, Moritz's nephew, came to Japan in 1887 and was employed by Moritz there. In 1890, Arthur Kuhn, Moritz's son, came to Japan and started to work with his father and cousin. In 1894, Siegfried Komor and Arthur Kuhn founded "Kuhn & Komor" in Yokohama.

In very good condition. Minor curve to book and 2cm cut on rear cover. Internally very good with only minor age wear.
