Apparently unrecorded work containing various medical issues in English and accompanying romaji text. Not in Worldcat or the National Diet Library. First page has recommendation by J[ohn] Cole Hartland and Japanese preface by Kuwata Kohei (1836-1905).

Overall good. Worming affecting the first two leaves then a couple more pages with only minor trails. Endpapers darkened due to different type of paper used. English recommendation is only 1 leaf but numbered vi at top. The book appears to be complete without a title page.
