Unique, superb hand drawn manuscript on very fine paper containing 90 different designs of famous sword guards (tsuba). Annotations next to each design and some artists' names.
No author. No date but late Edo era (circa 1820s-40s).
54pp. 27 x 19.3cm.
In good condition with some wear and staining to covers. Creases to top corners but overall very good internally. 6 of the 90 designs are unfinished.
